Plain Dealing Lions Looking For Revenge

 - Kadin Malone reporting on the Plain Dealing Lions for JAWS.
The Plain Dealing Lions played their home opener against Lakeside last Friday night. Last year, Plain Dealing blew a 33 to 14 lead in the second half. This left the taste of blood in the Lions' mouths, and the Red and Black came prepared to play a complete game.
The Lions started off strong with a 20 to 0 lead in the first quarter, recovering two onside kicks by Mathew Sullivan and never slowed down. Logan Allen had 5 passing TDs, Desean Morris ran for another, and a pick 6 for Keldrick Carper completed the score.  The Lions' defense held Lakeside to 2 scores for a final of 48 to 12.
The Lions played another great game this week after the victory against Green Oak in their season opener.  This two game winning streak gives the Lions a lot of momentum going into a big game against Benton this Friday at 7:00 in Plain Dealing.
